Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of vegetable margarine to grease the sheet
- 8 tbsps of vegetable margarine
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 8 tbsps of vegetable margarine
- 1/2 cup of plain sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 2/3 cup of peanut butter, soft
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 tbsp of powder milk dissolved in 1/3 cup of water
Cooking time: 70 - 75 minutes

How to prepare:
- Heat the oven at 160o C, put an iron rack in the center of the oven then grease a 9 x 5 baking sheet with margarine, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt, stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk the margarine with plain and brown sugars until they are incorporated then add the banana, eggs, peanuts and honey; stir until the mixture becomes homogenous.
- Add a portion of the flour mixture to the margarine, sugar and banana mixture, stir until the mixture is combined then add a portion of the milk until it’s completely mixed.
- Repeat the same method with the remaining flour and milk mixture until it’s completely mixed.
- Pour the mixture in a sheet used for baking then bake for 70 – 75 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool then cut it and serve.
Note:
You can find out whether or not the dough was done by piercing the center of the dough with a toothpick, if nothing sticks to it, then the dough is done.
