Ingredients:

• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup Goody Peanut Butter, Creamy
• 1/3 cup white flour
• 1 egg
• Chocolate chip

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 12 people

Directions:

1. Using a cake mixer, mix white sugar and brown sugar, peanut butter then add the egg and flour to the mixture and mix constantly.
2. Place parchment paper on an oven baking trey, shape the mixture into small balls (1-2 cm) and placing on the baking trey. Place it in the freezer till its firm.
3. Preheat the oven and place the baking trey in the oven and Bake for 10-12 minutes till it’s baked. While it’s still hot, add a piece of chocolate chip on top of each ball. Allow it it cool befor serving it with Arabic coffee.
